Terms & Conditions
  1. CT Baker Budgens of Holt “Your Rewards” program is run in the Republic of Ireland by Azpiral Limited, Roselawn House, University Business Complex, National Technology Park, Limerick, Ireland. V946x70. Under The Loyalty Program, you may collect points on your “Tag” (which term shall include any key fob, mobile app or additional item linked to The Loyalty Program that may be issued to you by CT Baker Budgens of Holt. You can start collecting points immediately upon receiving your Tag, by registering your details. Usage of the Loyalty Program Tag constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  2. The Loyalty Program commenced on the 30th March 2023. 
  3. To participate in The Loyalty Program you must have registered your details and have a mobile phone, email or internet access. It may take up to 25 working days to process a paper registration form. You may still collect points during that time.
  4. This Loyalty Program is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
  5. You must present your Loyalty Program Tag when you make an eligible purchase in order to earn points on that purchase at participating sites.
  6. Points cannot be earned for purchases of tobacco products (including Vapes and accessories), Lotto, scratch cards, Christmas saving stamps, postal stamps, Payzone payments, phonecards, or infant formula. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of CT Baker Budgens or by operation of the law.
  7. Points will be added to your account as soon as the transaction is completed in store. If you have forgotten your card, please bring your receipt in store within 14 days for these points to be added to your account. 
  8. If CT Baker Budgens refunds or adjusts any of your purchases, we will make the corresponding adjustment to the points on your Account.
  9. Accounts that remain dormant for 24 months may be deleted at our discretion.
  10. If you use your Loyalty Program Tag following a change in the CT Baker Budgens Loyalty Program you will be deemed to have accepted the change. We may also revoke your membership of The Loyalty Program at any time and if so, your points will be forfeit. In each case, CT Baker Budgens will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
  11. No monetary value to the participant attaches to the points earned. Points are non-transferable.
  12. Members may be required to provide their full name, postal address including postcode, date of birth, and an email address or telephone number.
  13. CT Baker Budgens will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Loyalty Program Tag or use of your points in any circumstances, including loss or theft.
  14. If for any reason any aspect of The Loyalty Program is not capable of operating as planned, Azpiral Limited may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend The Loyalty Program.
  15. Subject to Clause 14, The Loyalty Program may be terminated at any time upon giving two months’ notice.
  16. CT Baker Budgens may withdraw, cancel or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  18. By using your Tag, you consent to CT Baker Budgens retaining your information, including details of purchases, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you.
  19. CT Baker Budgens may disclose entrants’ personal information to its external data controllers and businesses that process The Loyalty Program for the purpose of conducting this Loyalty Program or communicating with entrants.
  20. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
  21. You have the right to request a copy of your data currently held by us, and to rectify or remove personal details, by writing to CT Baker Budgens Loyalty Manager, 6 Kerridge Way, Holt, NR25 6DN or contacting Customer Services on 01263 713734, or by emailing us at [email protected].
  22. All offers must be availed of within any time periods specified. All rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered.
  23. Product / Offer quotas may apply to Registered Members at the discretion of the promoter or Retailer. 
  24. Points can be accumulated in CT Baker Budgens of Holt only. This does not include any other CT Baker Group store (Budgens of Aylsham, Bakers & Larners of Holt, Builders Merchants).
