Handcrafted on a rural farm in Norfolk, Sarah and the team at Essence Foods use time-honoured traditional methods, open pans, and original and unique recipes to create the popular ‘Montys Mustards’. They use nature’s harvests as the sources of their inspiration – the first company in Norfolk to use lavender in their products along with other botanicals.
