Waveney Valley Smokehouse

Waveney Valley Smokehouse is located in Lowestoft, at the most Easterly point in the UK. At 150 years old their original brick kilns are lined with character. Most of their fresh fish is smoked over Oak shavings and dust from Norfolk forests.
