H V Graves

H V Graves is a family business, established in 1946 in the village of Briston, supplying high quality meat. They use their own stock of cattle managed by Jill and Karl Graves, as well as animals from local farmers. On a weekly basis, Paul Graves travels around North Norfolk selecting the very best. Their lamb is sourced from their own village of Briston, reared by a local farmer of fields that surround the village.

Their pork sausages are one of our best-sellers, made daily and individually hand-tied!
